Despite having a successful career, Warehn felt unfulfilled, struggling with a lack of meaning in life and health issues, which made him realize the importance of emotional and physical well-being alongside financial well-being. In 2017, Warehn began practicingmeditation and Yoga, discovering the profound benefits of both practices.
After completing his yoga teacher training, Warehn committed himself to a regular yoga practice and intensive silent meditation retreats lasting several weeks, to further deepen his practice. As a dedicated meditation and yoga practitioner, Warehn has personally experienced the transformative benefits of these practices.
Warehn began teaching in 2022 with the intention of supporting the well-being of others by creating a safe, nurturing space where students can cultivate inner peace and physical well-being. He guides them on their journey to achieve balance across physical, emotional, and financial aspects of their lives. Warehn finds fulfillment in supporting others to live with ease, compassion, and freedom.
Warehn teaches a 75-minute group practice called Body, Breath & Meditation, focused on cultivating inner peace and physical well-being. The practice begins with gentle movements to awaken the body and release tension, followed by conscious breathing practices to balance the nervous system, and then prepare for guided meditation. The session concludes with a brief talk about the practice, followed by group reflections to integrate insights, and incorporate the practice into daily life.
