After years of professional success in global tech and academia, Warehn found himself disconnected from personal fulfillment. Chronic stress and health challenges led him to explore meditation and movement—not just as tools for healing, but as gateways to deeper meaning. Since 2017, Warehn has immersed himself in these practices, attending silent retreats lasting several weeks and completing teacher training. What began as healing became transformation, his journey revealed that true well-being integrates emotional, physical, and financial harmony.
In 2022, Warehn began coaching to support others in cultivating emotional resilience, physical vitality and help reconnect with themselves. He offers a safe, nurturing space where individuals can slow down, listen deeply, and restore balance across emotional, physical, and financial dimensions of life. His approach is rooted in lived experience of strength, flexibility, and peace—empowering individuals to move through life with resilience, adaptability, and calm.
Warehn teaches a 75-minute group practice called Body, Breath & Meditation. Each session begins with conscious breathing to calm the nervous system, followed by guided meditation and movement. The session concludes with group reflections to help integrate insights and apply the practice into daily life.
This session is suitable for everyone—whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice.
