WaRehn has been practicing mindfulness and Ashtanga since 2017. His path began where many honest paths begin—with not being at ease. Chronic stress and physical discomfort led him to explore mindfulness and Ashtanga.

His scientific background brought him to these practices not through belief, but through understanding. Since then, he has attended multi-week silent mindfulness retreats and maintained a steady Ashtanga practice.

He began teaching in 2022, from a desire to walk alongside others who are on the same path of cultivating mindfulness, physical strength, and to be at ease.

He offers one-on-one guidance freely to anyone who asks. He teaches at Radiant Yoga in El Dorado Hills and at Leap Yoga and Yoga Nyla in Folsom, California, and serves as co-guiding teacher for the Transformative Yoga Teacher Training at Leap Yoga and the Power & Purpose Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Nyla.
