WaRehn has been practicing since 2017. His path inward began where many honest paths begin — with discomfort. He grew up in an environment shaped by unethical conduct, and carried for years a sense of wrongness he couldn't name. It was only when he encountered the Dharma that the source became clear: ethics is not a precondition to the practice. It is the practice — the first step, and the foundation of every step that follows.

His scientific background brought him to mindfulness not through belief, but through understanding. Since then, he has sat multi-week silent meditation retreats and maintained a steady Ashtanga practice. He began teaching in 2022, rooted in the Theravāda tradition — not as someone who has arrived, but as someone who knows the terrain and is willing to walk it alongside others. His teaching emphasizes ethics, self-observation, and strenght.

He offers one-on-one guidance freely to anyone who asks. He teaches at Radiant Yoga in El Dorado Hills, Leap Yoga, and Yoga Nyla in Folsom, California, and serves as co-guiding teacher for the Transformative Yoga Teacher Training at Leap Yoga and the Power & Purpose Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Nyla.
