After years of professional success, WaRehn found himself disconnected from personal fulfillment. Chronic stress and health challenges led him to explore mindfulness and movement practices—not just as tools for healing, but as gateways to deeper meaning. Since 2017, WaRehn has immersed himself in these practices, attending silent meditation retreats lasting several weeks and maintaining a consistent ashtanga practice.

In 2022, WaRehn began teaching to support others in practicing mindfulness, physical movement, and help reconnect with themselves. His approach is rooted in lived experience of balanced living, self-observation, and strength—helping individuals to move through life with gratitude, awareness, and resilience.

WaRehn offers his one-on-one support freely to all who are interested. He also teaches regular classes and workshops at Radiant Yoga in El Dorado Hills, Leap Yoga and Yoga Nyla in Folsom, California. He is a co‑guiding teacher for the Transformative Yoga Teacher Training offered at Leap Yoga and Power & Purpose Yoga Teacher Training offered at Yoga Nyla.
