After years of professional success in global tech, WaRehn found himself disconnected from personal fulfillment. Chronic stress and health challenges led him to explore mindfulness and movement—not just as tools for healing, but as gateways to deeper meaning. Since 2017, WaRehn has immersed himself in these practices, attending silent mindfulness retreats lasting several weeks and maintaining a consistent movement practice.

In 2022, WaRehn began teaching to support others in cultivating mindfulness, physical movement, and help reconnect with themselves. His approach is rooted in lived experience of moderation, self-observation, and strength—helping individuals to move through life with contentment, awareness, and resilience. WaRehn teaches regular classes and workshops at Radiant Yoga in El Dorado Hills, Leap Yoga and Yoga Nyla in Folsom, California. He is a co‑guiding teacher for the Transformative Yoga Teacher Training offered at Leap Yoga and Power & Purpose Yoga Teacher Training offered at Yoga Nyla.
