WaRehn knows what it feels like to succeed on paper while running on empty. That tension drove him inward—toward mindfulness, movement, and the quieter questions most people don't slow down enough to ask. Since 2017, he has pursued those answers seriously: sitting silent meditation retreats of several weeks at a time, and building a steady, demanding Ashtanga practice.
He began teaching in 2022, not from a place of having all the answers, but from a genuine desire to walk alongside others doing the same work—reconnecting with their bodies, their breath, and themselves. His teaching draws on physical strength as a foundation, paired with self-observation and the kind of balance that only comes from living it, not just studying it.
WaRehn offers one-on-one support freely to anyone who reaches out. He teaches regular classes and workshops at Radiant Yoga in El Dorado Hills, Leap Yoga, and Yoga Nyla in Folsom, California, and serves as co-guiding teacher for the Transformative Yoga Teacher Training at Leap Yoga and the Power & Purpose Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Nyla.
